We went through this already. I PM'd tachy, asking him what to do? Do i send the one again or get a new one? He told me to get a mexican puro. No one would think about it. He offered i smoke the one i had and get a new one.

Did you PM Mangy to ask him what he thought? Did you reply to Tachy that his suggested puro was sub-par? Did you even realize it was sub-par in the first place?

Nope. Didn't PM Mangy as I thought I only had to check with the person running it.

Told Tachy I would look into it and see where I could find them.

Nice, so someone gifts you a cigar for a specific purpose, in this case to pass along to the next participant. You ask someone else what to do, they say get some other cigar that doesn't meet the pass requirements, and THEN, you just assume the first cigar is yours and smoke it.
