Nope, the 'special period' is over. There are better or worse years for tobacco, but Cohiba's are a blend.
Many, many, many fakes, at all levels of quality. I'd only get a warm fuzzy feeling with unopened boxes with the seal with (untampered) codes that I can verify on the Habanos website.
