If you have the interest from others, I could do a fiver of the 3000 natural, a fiver of the 3000 maduro, and a fiver of the Londres. If you just stick with the 3000 Maduro, I'd like as many as eight plus the fiver of Londres. I can go up or down to make your numbers work.

I took a draft stab at the numbers, and they kinda lay out with us not getting a box of 3000N. Let me know if these suit, or if we get more participants, I can adjust the numbers some more.
