Don Pepin Garcia Black (Cuban Classic) ~ 1977 (Corona Especial)
Drink: Water
Tunes: Audioslave

Wrapper: Nicaraguan Corojo
Binder: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan
Draw: Medium-tight draw
Burn: perfect
Misc: Goes 45min to 60min

Pre-light: Colorado shade wrapper. Nice construction with small veins. Not much prelight scent. Slight leathery / spicy cut prelight taste.

Light: Easy, Medium-tight draw.

1st 3rd: Sweet tobacco, spice, some background oil flavors which meld into a nice mix. Has a medium body, butter mellow tone to it. Tasty.

Ash: Medium gray. Pretty standard looking and holds for 1”

2nd 3rd: Smooth, but with just a faint spice. Nice balance of tobacco, cashew like nut flavor, and an oily flavor. It melds together really nice. I’m getting that Cuban background saltwater taffy note also.

3rd 3rd: More spicy now. Picking back up the oily ring, but it mixes well with the sweet leather and nuttiness. Background saltwater taffy notes and maybe a tart berry note. Smooth.

Overall impression: When the price is right, I’ll get more.

Thank you SLCraiders for this opportunity!!!!
