Thread: Fuente Short Story maduro

  1. Default Fuente Short Story maduro

It was pretty good,if you like cammie wrapped short stories ,work of art, classic, signature and the big one then you will like these. I was not paid by Fuente to review this cigar
The older I get ,the better I was

I think you should tell a long fantastical story to go along with it. Then I would be convinced you're not paid to review it.

...the more amazing thing is Kevin reviewing a Fuente Short Story Maduro. This is definitely not his "go to" cigar - and I KNOW he's not getting his usual fare for free, from online stores or manufacturers, because he does reviews.

Kevin - you got an "in" at Fuente, big boy??? Inquiring minds gotta know!!!

Ooohhhh..... If "someone" were to send me some Rosado Hemingway's and Sungrown 8-5-8's, I might be inclined to do a review or two.

I remember when SS Maduros were going for crazy prices...Bet they become regular production cigars soon. 858 SG were rare as well as the Rosados. Now they are everywhere.

I wasn't really into the Rosado Hemi. To each their own.

HEY, I was there last year! They have a great selection of cigars and great people working there.

When we went down to the Wilmington area for Thanksgiving last year, I met up with John (Pub Spears) one night for a couple of hours at Nicks. We had a great time talking, smoking cigars and drinking the free beer at Nicks!

John, I know ya still check in every now and then so I hope yer doin' well and again, I thank you for taking some time to meet up with me when I was in your neck of the woods and directing me to the best cigar shop (Nicks) in the area.
