    Default New To Forum

I've been a cigar fan for a couple of years now and just found the forum. Hope to be a positive contributor to the forum...I'd classify myself as an average cigar smoker...one who can tell a decent cigar from crap but I must admit my palate isn't as acute as some reviewers. I can't detect the "small hint of vanilla and nutmet" in a cigar...

Like my golf game, I am a feel "player"...I can describe how a cigar makes me feel...the strength...the smoothness...

I smoke my sticks with either a single malt or coffee...usually coffee in the morning when I play golf and scotch at night. Again, my hope is to add positive content. Happy holidays!

Some pics of the humidors...and my Top Three Favorite Non-Cubans: Anejo #77 Shark, Padron 80th Anniversary Maduro, and Opus X Double Robusto

Not sure...I've just been fortunate enough to have a couple of AMG Mercedes (E55 and SL65)...I like my cars, cigars, scotch, and golf...not in any particular order.

No doubt, smoking Padron 80ths for a round of golf. I'd expect nothing less than Mercedes!

I like my SL to be a convertible...plus it doesn't have enough horsepower or torque...the modified GTR covers that dept...

Nice stash and nice ride. What year is it? Judging by the headlights, I'd guess around 06.

Fair point, although I really like the Black's DTM-esque flares on the SL shape. An E55 is more my style, though - I like a sleeper for the street.

I may have mis-spoke...average smoker in the sense that my palate is average. I can't wax poetic at the nuances of a cigar as some of our more astute brethren can do...:) I am very fortunate guy in that I can indulge in these small pleasures...share them with friends. Most of my friends don't even go to the cigar shop anymore...they just stop at my office or house and snag what they want to try or we just pull out a couple and hang out...

I can't smoke them all (not for the lack of trying)...and my experience only gets better when I see my buddies enjoy some great cigars.

From the looks of your collection, I'm not seeing an awful lot of Macanoodles. So - I assume you manage to resist the temptation to hand them out to friends.

And I fully intend to come to your house soon and be your friend!

Welcome from cold and rainy Chicago.
