    BTW, what is meant by 'manufacturer?'

    For example, if there is an EO cigar, is the manufacturer EO or DPG or ... Similarly, is the manufacturer for an Ashton made by Ashton, or Fuente, or TACUBA, or My Father? Rocky Patels are also made by various manufacturers, including himself. Is the manufacturer of the La Gloria Cubana (non-Cuban): El Credito Cigar Company (in Miami), General Cigar (elsewhere), Swedish Match, or Scandinavian Tobacco Group ...

    I will limit your choice of manufacturers to around a dozen (pulldown menu in the review form), so hopefully this shouldn't be a problem.
