    Default Cienfuegos ~ Robusto

    Smoke: Cienfuegos ~ Robusto
    Drink: Smuttynose IPA
Tunes: Joe Bonamassa ~ Dust Bowl
    Date Smoked: 02/02/12

    Wrapper: Habano
    Binder: Nicaraguan
    Filler: Dominican
    Draw: Light
    Burn: Ok
    Misc: n/a

Pre-light: Cedar wrapped. Splotchy Colorado shade wrapper which is wrinkled in spots. Musty tobacco scent. A tiny bit of spice on the cut prelight flavor.

    Light: Easy. Light draw.

1st 3rd: Light-ish. Oily and some spice. Kinda airy. A light nutty / woodsy. Just a light flavor profile. Minor sweet tobacco accents. Oily bitter dominant and faint ashy flavor.

Ash: Weak. Fell off less than ˝” White, tan, gray and flakey.

2nd 3rd: Mostly the same. Not truly offensive, but not really interesting. Had to have a serious purge to correct some tunneling. Oily bitter, and faint sweet tobacco and mild ash flavor.

3rd 3rd: Same thing. Now my tongue feels fuzzy.

Overall impression: Best thing about this cigar, was my beer.

Most cigars from Puro Indios are just so-so. I don't think they have access to the top quality tobacco anymore. These cigars are way overpriced. I will smoke a Puros Indios Siembra de Oro Palma Real Maduro for $1.75 over these anyday. They way I see it anything coming from Puros Indios is a yard gar at best.
It will always be a battle a day between those who want maximum change and those who want to maintain the status quo.
