You know what? I retract your Happy Mardi Gras greeting. I hope you have a terrible Mardi Gras.

Do draft dodgers have reunions? And if so what do they talk about?

Not me. I did that already, going to New Orleans for Mardi Gras in 2000, 2001, and 2002. Never again. I'm just too old.

I do, however, like going to the smaller town parades. They are all, for the most part, very family-oriented events. They'll block off a parade route, people come out and BBQ, throw a football, the kids are running around and playing. The floats are usually very creative, the costumes are festive, there's music, it's definitely a community-oriented event. Sure, there are people drinking. Sure, there are people that get out of control. But that happens anywhere. But it's nothing as dangerous as it is in New Orleans. I don't even know anyone who lives in New Orleans who stays in New Orleans when the parades are going on.

Beads? I got lots of 'em. Glass, wood, hell, I even got turquoise. You send your end first.
