    Hey Guys and Gals

I just poped in here to make my introductions. I'm a fairly new cigar smoker,
I smoked for over 20 years and finally got that habit off my back
so After two years of being ciggerette free I Started sampling different cigars. I'm not a daily smoker
    mostly at the golf coarse.

Wow, that sounds just like my story. I avoided cigars for the first few years thinking it would trigger something. But for a while now i have been enjoying a few cigars here and there and really enjoying them.

I mostly smoke at family events and like you on the golf course.

Hmm... I wonder how it is playing on a golf "coarse". Is that like playing regular golf, only playing from the rough and avoiding fairways? What about the short game - is it tough playing on a "coarse" green?

    Welcome!

Hi and welcome to the board from Alberta, Canada

My story is similar in that I chain smoked cig's for over 30 years and finally quit. Some months later I had my first "real" cigar and I've been enjoying them ever since!

Welcome from Ottawa, Canada, where the record high temps make people think of golf, and smoking cigars outdoors.
