Default MEGA Review: Ginger (Tatuaje La Casita Criolla Corona)

    About the cigar:
    Brand: Tatuaje Color: Maduro
Name: La Casita Criolla Wrapper: USA
    Country: Nicaragua Binder: USA
    Type: Corona Filler: USA
    Size: 5.125'' x 42 Price: $ 4.93
    Strength: Medium Website: www.tatuajecigars.com

    Information from Cigars International:
Introducing La Casita Criolla, Pete Johnson's latest endeavor. A reflection of his ingenuity, the La Casita is a cigar made exclusively with Connecticut broadleaf tobaccos. You heard correct - the filler, binder, and wrapper are all premium broadleaf, and the entire line is manufactured in Don Pepin's prestigious My Father factory in Nicaragua. Traditionally, broadleaf is too expensive to use for an entire cigar. As a result, most manufacturers utilize the leaf as a wrapper or binder - where its flavorful characteristics bring balance and character to a cigar. Sparing no expense, Pete Johnson packed the finest broadleaf tobaccos into one solitary blend. The end result is flavor bomb that delivers a smooth, rich, and medium-bodied experience. This unique blend truly shines as La Casita produces a slow burn bringing forth plentiful notes of cedar, nuts, cocoa and syrupy sweetness. Never bitter, and exceedingly smooth, Casita might be the most flavorful Tatuaje to date.

It provided a consistent flavor, but wasn't boring, as there were hints of spice throughout. I loved that it burned so evenly during the whole cigar. Perfect size. Perfect smoking time. I really enjoyed this cigar.
