Thread: Cigar Box Ukuleles

    Default Cigar Box Ukuleles

A few months ago I started making these cigar box ukuleles. They actually play and sound great. I got the boxes from a local cigar store, Castros in Manchester NH. The necks are made out of maple. I found the the lighter cigar boxes have a better tone. I have cigar box ukuleles for sale on my website.

You think that's because the ukes are made from cigar boxes or because they're...well...ukes?
