    Default Montecristo ~ #4

    Smoke: Montecristo ~ #4
    Drink: Sierra Nevada ~ Torpedo
    Tunes: n/a
Date Smoked: A couple weeks ago

    Wrapper: ISOM
    Binder: ISOM
    Filler: ISOM
    Draw: Medium to tight draw
    Burn: Good
    Misc: 45min

Pre-light: Cardboard / little furry texture on wrapper. Nice claro – Colorado shade. Nice construction. Light sweet tobacco musty scent. Faint sweet tobacco cut prelight taste.

Light: Pretty easy with cedar splint. Medium to tight draw.

1st 3rd: Smoky light sweet tobacco with woodsy notes and oily ring, but not residual. Light to medium body. Pleasant.

Ash: Nice structure, but weak. ˝” light gray with dark charcoal spots.

2nd 3rd: Woodsy and mellow. Characteristic salt water taffy note. Mellow and creamy. Nice.

3rd 3rd: Woodsy, mellow and delicious. *shrugs* Nothing else to report.

Overall impression: Really pleasant and relaxing.

    Thanks PJ for the trade.

Thanks for the review and the detailed pictures. On my cell phone screen, and at first glance it looked like a padron. From the band, to the shade, to the rough texture.

Aside from the Edmundo - one of my favorite Monte's. And your review is spot on with my experience!

    Thanks, Will.

While I cringe at the lack of flowery prose and imagined experiences, I believe it! Nice review RL!
