    Default New to forum.

hello everyone, new to the forum and just wanted to say hello. My buddy gave me a cohiba red dot last week, and it was the first cigar i ever smoked. I loved it, and am looking to get into the hobby of cigar smoking.

I'm not a huge fan of Cohiba Red Dots but if you like 'em, that's all that matters. I like higher end cigars and follow the motto "Life is too short to smoke cheap cigars."

Sorry Paddy, but I don't have any sympathy for you. That's like going to the beach and complaining about the sand.

Personally - I do smoke Red Dots from time to time. They're not all that bad and I'm very partial to Cameroon wrapped cigars. Certainly there are definitely worst things to smoke that don't even remotely resemble a Cohiba Red Dot.

Welcome pecos. If you liked the plain red dot's, try the XV's. Those are More full bodied, but one of my my favorite mid priced cigars.
