I wasn't thinking of fictional figures before... Forget the nephews, I change my answer to smoking a Cuban Churchill with Kramer.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Winston Churchill.
I'm not big on the idea of smoking a cigar with famous people so I'll have to pass on this.

No on in particular, anyone decent that enjoys a good cigar and conversation.
Yay! Cigars!
Jesus Christ.
Well George it might start out like this, "What's a cigar"?
Doc
Do draft dodgers have reunions? And if so what do they talk about?
Doc
I was wondering that myself, even though He should (theoretically) know what a cigar is...
My next point would be - would He condone engaging in smoking cigars if it is (theoretically) bad for you. Or would He say it is really is not "bad"?
...and finally - what cigar would be most appropriate for Him and what would be appropriate to pair the cigar with? Wine sounds about right, but would He be perhaps interested in Scotch? Again - there would be those that would be shocked if Jesus smoked - and (more importantly) even more blown away he'd choose something like Scotch (or other alcoholic beverage) to "enjoy" with the cigar...
Wow. Seriously - once you got past all of that awkwardness and Jesus was amiable, what an incredible discussion you could have if He really would be willing to sit down with you over a cigar and glass of Scotch.
LOL
I'm thinking cigars wouldn't be "bad" for Him whether or not they are for us. I mean, He is God and could therefore snap his fingers (metaphorically speaking) and any "ill" affects would be gone if said "ill" affects could even touch Him to begin with.
I suspect that having been made in man's image and having lived as a man for 30+ years here on earth, Jesus would partake of all 4......a good cigar, a good drink, good company, and an excellent conversation. Or at least, I like to think He would.
And yes, that would be an amazing conversation!

One could argue that simply breathing our polluted air is bad for your health. I wouldn't be surprised if Jesus would enjoy a cigar and some scotch (in moderation). Some present-day pharisees would likely make a comment about how He would be hanging out with sinners, and I suspect His response would be very similar to what He said 2,000 years ago. He turned about 150 gallons of water into wine at a wedding... some people get a little freaked out by that thinking that He was promoting drunkenness - but was he promoting gluttony when He provided way more than the necessary amount of bread and fish when He fed the 5,000?
