Smoke: New Orleans Cigar Factory Plantation Reserve ~ Torpedo
Drink: Southern Tier ~ Un*Earthly
Tunes: Toto
Date Smoked: 10/4/12

Wrapper: Connecticut
Binder: Nicaraguan / Honduran
Filler: Nicaraguan / Honduran
Draw: Medium to tight
Burn: good
Misc: n/a

Pre-light: Colorado-claro shade wrapper on this torpedo. Nice construction. I might see a bit of plume on this, like little tiny sparkles. Has a musty tobacco flavor & scent on the pre-light.

Light: Easy. Medium to tight draw.

1st 3rd: Medium to mild body. Light tobacco with a sweet ring, but also an oily ring, & some cashew like nutty notes. Subtle, unobtrusive, light and pleasant.

Ash: Light gray, nice stack. Hold on for about 1 ˝”

2nd 3rd: Mostly the same. The sweet tobacco and oil ring combine to coat the roof of my mouth. Nutty still, like cashews. Pretty mellow and laid back.

3rd 3rd: A little more heavy now. Into the medium body category. Oily, but not too bitter. Sweet residual tobacco flavor. Nutty.

Overall impression: Nice mild to medium body cigar. Have to keep these in mind.
