foot long "gag" cigars

Many years ago, you could get foot long gag cigars. They were actual cigars, about the same quality as standard gas station cigars. I'm fairly certain that you can see them in the Stooges short "A Missed Fortune." (see pic)

Do they still make these? I know they still sold them as late as the early 1980s.
