    Default First Post

I just joined and wanted to say hello. I have lurked a while but just finally signed up. Fairly new to cigars. Smoked a couple a year for a while but now I have a humidor. That of course has increased the habit. Look forward to meeting some folks here.

Thanks guys. Seems like there might not be as much activity here as in the past? With that said this site is much higher quality than others I have found.

Welcome from western Oregon. What have you been putting in, and pulling from, the humidor lately?

I just said that based on what appeared to be fewer post count. Was not meaning to be critical. I hope to contribute here!

Mostly smoking stuff from Perdomo lately. My cigar mentor is a big fan of Nick Perdomo.

The low post count could be caused by the holiday season, just a guess don't quote me on it.
I think it'll pick up after the first of the year, that's assuming the Mayans were wrong and we're all still here.
And welcome pull up a chair and your favorite smoke.

I haven't smoked all that many different smokes, but I've had the Perdomo 10th Anny in maduro and criollo, which I thought were great.

Might have a 10th Anny tonight. I think the Lot 23's are a good value too.

I was thinking holidays too. I'm a good example. Took off back to my home town to visit family and friends on the 18th. I just returned yesterday. Barely got near a computer in that time.

The Mayans didn't predict the end of the world on the 21st if anybody's interested. Their calender was ending one of it's cycles is all. Those dimwitted doomsayers took that to be "the end of the world" because they sky is always falling on their heads in their strange little worlds.

I told several of the doomsayers I ran into that if they were certain it was ending to turn over all their worldly goods to me. It's worth noting not one of them did so.
