Thread: Oily cigar vs. the alternative

  1. Question Oily cigar vs. the alternative

Greetings - At a Perdomo function the rep gave me a Perdomo Patriarch, and I have to say it was the most beautiful cigar I've ever seen: gorgeous dark golden brown, and the oiliest cigar I've ever seen. I smoked it and it was great, so I ordered a box. When the box arrived, I expected to see the same oily gems. Nope. They are incredibly NOT oily. Someone explained that as cigars age, the oil dissipates. Any thoughts out there in cigarland?

That's true, but I doubt there would be that much of a difference, unless the 1st one was aged years longer than your box
Out of all the interwebs and www's, I can say that this is my favorite smoke shop
