Default Alec Bradley Medalist ~ Gordo

Smoke: Alec Bradley Medalist ~ Gordo
    Drink: Stone ~ Arrogant Bastard
    Tunes: Bboys ~ Ill Communication

    Wrapper: Costa Rica
    Binder: Nicaraguan; Honduran; US Connecticut
    Filler: Nicaraguan; Honduran; US Connecticut
    Draw: Medium
    Burn: Mostly good
    Misc: N/A

Pre-light: Colorado maduro shade wrapper. Good construction and is a little lumpy / bumpy. Oily leather scent.

    Light: Easy. Medium draw.

1st 3rd: Oil and leather. Nice oily aftertaste with enough sweet tobacco to not be too bitter. Retrohale gives a moderate amount of spice and woodsy notes. This is toothy, not smooth, but not harsh.

Ash: Nice structure. Gray with yellow twinge. Holds on for about 1 ¼”

2nd 3rd: Nice mix of woodsy, oily, sweet tobacco and leather. Still toothy as described above. Not too spicy, except a bit on the retrohale. Medium to full body and flavor.

3rd 3rd: Woodsy. Oily and leather. Basically the same as the past 3rds. Remains toothy, but never gets harsh. Kinda leaving a strong coffee aftertaste.

Overall impression: Solid smoke. Basic, yet several complimentary flavors. Good.

    Thanks K7 for including this!

It was good. Thanks again! I figured it had some age on it based on the sucked in texture of the wrapper and the ancient yellowed cello
