    Default Florida Cigar Places

I'm currently in Florida and wanted to know if there are any must visit cigar bars/stores that members recommend. I'll be in Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Fort Myers and possibly Miami.

    Thanks

I would go to Calle Ocho (Little Havana) in Miami if I ever went to Florida.

El Titan de Bronze is still there, I think. Dunno if El Rey de Los Habanos and El Credito are still there.

Thanks I'll maybe bypass Naples and ensure a stop in Miami

BTW, there is a cigar company called Calle Ocho cigars - I am not talking about them - don't know anything about them.

I am talking about Calle Ocho (8th Street) in Miami's Little Havana.

This CA article is five years old now - for example, Perez-Carillo is long gone from El Credito, - but the area sure sounds worth a visit: http://www.cigaraficionado.com/webfe...le-Havana_3036

All I know is I like El Titan de Bronze cigars.

I'm currently enjoying an El Titan Redemption Sun Grown. Thanks for the suggestion Craig. The place was super friendly, wanted me to take lots of pictures and look at everything. Really recommend this to everyone. I will post photos once I'm back home.

Smoke Inn has several lounges and shops in South Florida. I've heard good things about them.

If you get near Orlando during your travels, the Corona Cigar Company off Internayional Drive is a great place to stop at. Look for the Avo "specials". You won't find them elsewhere...

That is my go to shop. 1st day when I'm down in Florida the wife drops me there and goes shopping. I buy a good cross selection to try during my vacation. I then go back on my last day and max out on the ones I like before heading home to Canada.

Might be late to the game, and geographically challenging to you, but Ybor City has a ton of cool cigar shops. That's in Tampa, so I guess it's out of range. Not to mention Tampa Sweethearts.
The powers that be might take it all away

Thanks Badwhale I'll put that down for my next Florida visit. I'm just about to make the road trip back to Canada with a stop in Memphis and Nashville
