    Default Top Ten Cigars

The other day I was enjoying a Padron #4000 (one of my favs) and wondered what my top ten favorite cigars would be if I had to sit down and actually give it some thought... So I did actually sit down and gave it some thought. Here's what I came up with (in no particular order, that would be impossible)...

    Joya de Nicaragua Antano 1970 Gran Consul (4 3/4 x 60)
East India Trading Co. Red Witch XO (6 x 60)
    Savinelli R y R Series Y Double Robusto (5 1/2 x 54)
    Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Toro (6 1/2 x 52)
    Savinelli Special Selection 2005 Magnum (6 x 60)
    Padron #4000 Maduro (6 1/2 x 54)
Rocky Patel Edge Maduro Toro (6 x 52)
    Nub 466 Box-Press Cameroon Torpedo (4 x 66)
    Oliva Serie V Double Toro (Gordo) (6 x 60)
    Padron #5000 Maduro (5 1/2 x 56)

These are mine as of right now.. They are subject to change of course.. What are yours??

    Pretty much in order:

Davidoff LE 2009 Toro Especial Seleccion 702
    Aņejo 60
    Opus X Fuente Fuente
    Davidoff Gran Cru No. 2
    Davidoff Special Series Double R

Fuma787 likes PHAT cigars. I generally don't like ring gauges over 48 however if the only Aņejos my shop has are 55s then I'll smoke 'em.

The Avo LE 2013 has me intrigued. I like the Avo LE's, but would not put them on the top of my list (with the exception of the 2005's). I've not yet tried the 2013. What, in your mind, makes the LE 2013 so special?

I was kinda surprised that the 05 didn't make your list. I've only had the one example, and it was excellent....and if I had more experience with them they would have made my list. Maybe it had something to do with the environment I smoked it in.

That is absolutely at the top of my list. However, the LE 05's are no longer available so I only smoke them on "special" occasions. I can't add them to my "top ten" of my regular smokes - much like Cuban Davidoff's or other special rare aged cigars I really like.

I saw some on OLH just the other day. Not sure if they're still available or not.....but I'm sure they weren't exactly at MSRP.
