On two separate occasions I was showing as the high bidder, only to lose the lots at the end of bidding to someone with the same high bid. They claimed the other bidder had their high bid in before mine. I don't understand how I'd be showing as the high bidder during most of the auction if that were true. And to make matters worse - customer service was incredibly poor. I guess you get what you pay for.

Something is definitely funky with that site - I had them wipe all of my data from their records and I absolutely refuse to do any more business with them.
