Smoke: Paul Garmirian Gourmet Series ~ Churchill
Drink: Troegs ~ Dead Reckoning
Tunes: None recorded
Date Smoked: 11-3-13

Wrapper: Ecuador
Binder: Dominican Republic
Filler: Dominican Republic
Draw: Light to medium
Burn: Good
Misc.: Nothing recorded.

Pre-light: Colorado shade wrapper. Nice construction with a smooth wrapper. Slight musty scent. Didn’t record any prelight flavor.

Light: Easy with a plain green Bic. Light to medium draw.

1st 3rd: Some sweet tobacco and woodsy notes. Waiting for some more decent development. Medium body sofar, and a little tannic. Kind of mild flavors with a slight oil finish.

Ash: Dusty and light gray. Apparently didn’t record the length.

2nd 3rd: More medium body now. Still, a bit flat on the flavors. Some woodsy with residual oil bitterness. Dry profile….I knew it! Dominican binder and filler.

3rd 3rd: Getting some more flavor now, of oil and a little leather. Very smooth and subdued. Some tannic notes, and yeah…a soft leather flavor. Really, despite the smoothness, the whole cigar has a mechanical, almost chemical taste. It’s weird.

Overall impression: I would not look for these. Especially for their price. However, thanks Paddy for putting this in some years-ago spring draft.
