Default Shipping cigars back to the US

Allow me to preface this by saying that I'm not talking about mail. I'll be moving back stateside this fall and need to ship my collection back with me. The cigars have to survive 35-60 days in transit in varying climates and conditions. My plan is to establish a medium sized coolerdor, throw in 1.5lbs of 65% beads, put the cigars in some Dominican/Honduran/Nicaraguan/etc boxes, then fill in the empty space in the cooler with foam, packing peanuts, airbags, or something similar. Any other ideas or recommendations?

Sounds like a good plan to me. Welcome back brother.
May your ashes be long and your smoke be plentiful...
