    Default 3 Questions

El Rico Habano ~ Still an unsung legend? Or has it been blended into oblivion?
La Gloria Cubana ~ Wavell ~ still a good aging candidate?

La Flor Dominicana ~ What's the hotness these days? Last I had, the Double ligero were pretty good, and the Chiseleto maduro was killer. Still the same?

    I have re-stocking to do.

    Thanks,
    Will

ERH still great smoke nothing has changed IMHO. You will need to get a flat top if you smoke many of them LOL

Miami made wavels are da bomb. The island smoke shop in the FL Keys keeps them. I never aged them . I like LGC fresh for some reason

LfD I have not bought in 5 or better years. I don't know why because Chisels and those tiny perflectos were to die for
The older I get ,the better I was

Agree with K7 on the ERH. I've never been a LGC fan, so can't help ya there. LFD....cameroon cabinet / chiselito maduro's are still great / dbl ligero still rocks the lancero.

I have never tried an ERH.

LGC: hit/miss for me. I had one a while back that was absolutely fantastic. I'm not entirely sure about the age but it was hidden at the bottom of the humi so I had at the time assumed it was at least a year old. After that one, I intentionally aged one and it ended up being very dull/muted.

I think the maduro chiselitos are the only cigar I like from LFD.

    Have you tried Padrons?

Last ERH I had was years ago. Picked up a fiver from cbid. Attempted to smoke 3, made it about 15 minutes on each, threw them all away. It appears that they have improved.

I am also interested in LFD these days. Haven't had one of those in years either.

Pardons are good cigars! There are all kinds, the 1964 Anniversary, and the 1926 are my favorites, maduro of course.

I heard someone of stature around here was doing a group buy on some Pardons. Maybe if you're a good boy, he'll let you in on some.

In answer to your questions Will:

    1) Yes, Padron's are indeed excellent cigars
    2) The 3000's in either Robusto or Londres (Maduro) are a really good choice
    3) Of course I would join in on another box split of either of the Padron's mentioned in response #2

(NOTE: I would be willing to join in on a split of the more expensive Padron's a price like the one we got on the 1926 #35's could be had again)
