Drink: Founders ~ Breakfast Stout
Tunes: Buckcherry; Hank Williams
Date Smoked: 01/17/13
Wrapper: Honduran (OSA)
Binder: Nicaraguan and Honduran
Filler: Nicaraguan and Honduarn
Draw: Easy draw
Burn: Good
Misc: n/a
Pre-light: Colorado maduro shade wrapper. Medium veins. Decent construction. Nice leather smell, missed the cut prelight taste.
Light: Easy. Medium to light draw.
1st 3rd: Kinda nutty. A little peppery spice. Some leather and a light oil. A bit harsh and bitter, but not terrible. Nice burn, which is usual for CAO cigars.
Ash: Straight and seems strong. Yellow twinge on gray. Holds for 1"
2nd 3rd: Oily. Medium body. Kinda un-eventful. Spice has died down. Still a bit nutty. There is still an unpleasant acrid note. The aftertaste is acrid like burning (tree) leaves.
3rd 3rd: Moving into bland, acrid, boring. I don't feel like writing much more.
Overall impression: This cigar sucks.
