I just found one of the best ways to cut a good cigar!

While I usually use a double bladed cutter, just bought a new rose wood Xkiar, I recently discovered an amazingly clean way to cut a cigar. All you need are a set of surgical bandage scissors. (Not the little dinky things, but the 6 inch long, full size scissors.) The blade is incredible sharp and tight fitting, (Like all surgical equipment), and there is even a turned in edge on one of the blades to hold the cigar in place!

If you can get a pair of these scissors, give it a try. It will rival the very best cigar cuttters!

Damn I never even thought of that! I am an EMT so I have a few pair of those lying around! Those things will damn near cut through anything. I should probably sterilize them though! I don't remember which ones I have used to cut bloody cloths at car accidents. That might spoil the taste of a good cigar!

Yeah, I really wouldn't cut a cigar with something I used to cut bloody cloths off someone else, even if they were sterilized. I would just have that thought in my head the whole time.
