    What do i do with it? I also don't have a hydrogometer

    Basically you need to moisten it. Not saturate it, just get it damp. Per your other posts, you can use a 60/60 solution of distilled water and PG, that should help you regulate at 70% RH. If you can't get PG or your local shop doesn't carry solution, you can just use distilled water but you should check it daily to make sure your not running too humid. With out a hydrometer you will need to to the "gentle squeeze" test. Basically your cigars shouldn't feel spongy (or you may get mold) or be dry and cracking (or your cigar may loose it's flavor)
