Thread: Zino Cigars - Any Good?

  1. Default Zino Cigars - Any Good?

I smoked with my uncle a few weeks back and he's hard up on trying a Zino cigar. Are these cigars any good? If so, which ones are good and which ones should you stay away from?

I was thinking about getting him some. Anyone have any recommended places to get them (PM if you don't want to spam the thread)? My one and only B&M shop doesn't carry them.

    Gracias.

  2. Smile Ask & You Shall Receive

Thanks to a member recommendation a while back, I signed up for the 'weekly specials' at a few cigar websites.

Low and behold, I got an e-mail from 'famous-smoke' today for this deal:

    - 4 Zino Connoisseur #400 cigars
    - Xikar Xi2 Lighter

    Total: $29.95

    ---

Kind of cool since I like mild smokes and I'm a newbie. Don't have a cutter either (guy at the shop cuts them for me), double bonus for me :).

If anyone else is interested in this deal (shipping was only $3.50):

That looks like a great deal... I just got a Xikar cutter a few weeks ago and it is fabulous!

My mistake, that was a TYPO on my part...it is a CUTTER, NOT a lighter...:)

I bought a Zino Sceptre sample pack at an event just last month at my smoke shop. I liked the Shorty and the Chubby, but was unimpressed by the others.
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.

I ended up ordering this lastnight also, needed a xikar cutter, and have been looking for some mild smokes to try anyways. Also threw in a couple of singles to try, Gran Habano CT #1 Pyramid (thought someone said they were good for the money), and an indian tabac tomahawk.
