CC, I've told the "Bush lost his home state" line to my Republican friends and got a response as lighthearted as the statement itself was intended to be. Perhaps the attempt at humor didn't translate well in print and I came across as the "snotty bitch" you suggested....or perhaps you're just a crusty, humorless tough guy-wannabe who saw it as another opportunity to do the only thing you appear to do well.....pick fights.

Like superman, I must confess I've been darkly amused by your antics on the board since I joined. I haven't seen such effective bully tactics since my days on the elementary playground. New posters who come here are systematically slapped down by your cartoonish wrath.....and then end up apologizing TO YOU after getting a dose of your hateful condescension. Yes, the antics of the schoolyard bully can be quite amusing.....but what scares me about you is that I don't believe you are 11 years old. When a grown man harbors so much personal insecurity that he continues getting off on punching the little kid in the gut and stealing his lunch money, it's not so funny anymore....it's just pitiful.

A less tolerant moderator would have banned you long ago for driving away every new poster that may have been a welcome board contributor had he/she not been the victim of one of your routine, juvenile verbal smackdowns. I admire Hex for his patience with the "cigar board bully," but often wonder if the best way to beat a bully is for something with a bigger backhand to put the bully over his knee and paddle his ass until he cries for mommy. Something to chew on.....

Ya admit you were trolling, NO smiley icons to convey that point, you back peddle and start with your self-righteous. pragmatic, condescending bullshit. You do kinda crack me up.

You're complete out of line with your "personal insecurity" nonsense as you have no basis on which to draw such a conclusion. I really don't know why you've gone into attack mode here with me with your gross exaggerations about driving away "every new poster" which is an outright lie. Now you're acting like Scotty and you're only digging your hole deeper so I'd suggest you just quit while your behind.

You'd be wise to drop your shitty attitude. Something to chew on.....

    LMAO!!
First off, he NEVER said "bubbleheaded sorority bimbo" so don't pull a Scotty
Secondly, this is a CIGAR board and if you like debating politics there are more suitable boards to do that than here.
Finally, with regard to what he REALLY said, if the shoe fits........

That's a joke right? The top of my screen reads "Cigarsmokers.com Politics Board". Beyond that, this all started by me responding to a post you made REGARDING politics. Surely you jest.

Not a joke at all, just a simple suggestion that if you are more interested in debating politics than talking about cigars or getting involved in trades, passes, box splits or meeting other cigar smokers, etc., there are debate boards that concentrate on that. And when you make baiting and trolling posts on any type of internet BB, you're probably going to get called on it, one way or another

I see you skipped right by the other two points I made in my post that you quoted a part of Any particular reason? Just to refresh your memory:
First off, he NEVER said "bubbleheaded sorority bimbo" so don't pull a Scotty

I take it you're not in a sorority, correct? Why do you make disparaging comments about sorority girls? TheyCallMeManix got in a whole lot of trouble here for making disparaging comments about a certain race of people and this inappropriate, degrading comment about sorority girls is really kinda mean, don't you think? Or do you think before you post?

Never thought I'd get lectured about the inappropriateness of debating politics on a given board by the very person who raised the topic in the first place. Then again, I don't even try to understand Republican logic anymore, and apparently I'm not alone considering you guys' approval ratings are sinking faster than the Titanic.

You're right about one thing. I should have left out the quotes regarding the bubbleheaded sorority bimbo since cigar no baka did not use those words. I apologize for putting those words in his mouth, even though they were clearly implied by the verbiage he did use.

As for the accuracy of his statement, I won't deny that age brings wisdom. Perhaps he's right that as soon I cross some arbitrary age threshold, I'll undergo the transition towards the cerebral sophistication of members of the embattled majority party swirling down the drains of public opinion polls. Curiously though, the states that vote in accordance with the "mature adults" have the lowest average IQ's in the nation. http://chrisevans3d.com/files/iq.htm It's getting awfully confusing for this slow-witted young'un.

    This is great. Popcorn anyone?

I'm writing in Ron Jeremy for President. That way when someone says "what a dick" we can all say, yeah.

Yep, there she goes, pulling a Scotty, putting quotes in my mouth (mmm, yummy, bullshit quotes) and posting half-truths and lies.

Nah, I'm now convinced that you're as much a know-it-all as most college kids, so there's no point, we're going to go around and around in endless circles and I have better things to do with my time than debate you. I used to be a "know it all college kid" but I had enough sense to keep my stupid mouth shut most of the time and keep my opinions to myself because I had more self-control than to talk endlessly about things that I hadn't experienced yet.
