Oh, and Amanda - this is arrogant:
You're story doesn't even come CLOSE to some of the dangerous situations I've been involved in - being an officer in the Chicago area. How arrogant of you not to think so... Go ahead, little girl, continue to tell us how we couldn't possibly understand. Clearly, your age is showing...For all the condescending talk of how much "life experience" everybody here has compared to me, I can safely say that's one area where my level of "life experience" transcends yours, and until you've been through a situation as frightening as I was, I would submit you're in no position to judge my decision, let alone label it as "arrogant."
More arrogance...
You know because you've polled these exiting members, correct???Meanwhile, CC86 has pistol-whipped how many dozen people with his trademark condescension? And has driven away how many new members branded "immature" who may have become constructive contributors.
I suppose I'm arrogant? That in and of itself is arrogant...
I could go on and on, but I have someone waiting for me and I don't want to spend the next hour pulling out all of your arrogant statements. There are plenty...I suppose the "raising Republican blood pressure" comment was arrogant, but I balk at CC's suggestion that if I had merely added a "smily" to it, the crisis would have been averted and we'd all still be friends.
Your PM to me is FULL of arrogance. Read it again, Amanda. And if you don't see it - I see your situation as truly hopeless here. You might as well move on - you're not going to like your stay here... Good luck to you...
