Default La Gloria Cubana production locations

Does anyone know what are the differences between La Gloria Cubanas that are produced in Miami vs. the Dominican Republic? Is it just where the cigars are rolled, or is there a difference in the actual tobacco content? Also, how would you know the difference, is it just labeled on the box?

i used to be a rep for la gloria cubana, prior to the sale to general.....ernie swore that there was no difference btwn miami made and D.R. made LGC's......he said it was absolutely in the mind of the smokers that there was a difference.
if ernie (ernesto carillo) said it..it was good enough for me.
    others continue to disagree.....

ernie owned the brand,i have to figure he knew what he was talking about......

I've smoked LGCs from Miami and the DR and I can't tell the difference BUT my palate is not the most discerning one in the world so......
