Well,

At the risk of sounding like a fan-boy, Gary is a great guy. I always enjoy chatting with him when I visit the Peoples Plaza store. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to talk. You obviously don't get that buying off the website but you do get some of the best prices on the web.
