In two minds here as to whether I am happy to live in the UK with our stricter gun laws.
I thought it was a tampon joke!

God bless the founding fathers who in all their infinite wisdom gave us the Second Amendment as they knew that an armed citizenry is a deterrent to tyranny.

I don't think there should be any question. Don't kid youself, Britain (and Australia), due in part to their strict gun control laws, are now more violent than the US
The murder rate is surging in Britain, while we just reported the lowest crime rates since 1974.
Now what's happened over the last 20 years? Britain has outlawed handguns, most long guns, self-defense and most recently, pointy kitchen knives. The US has repealed bans on "assault rifles', high capacity magazines, replaced waiting periods with instant checks, and allowed more and more States to issue concealed-carry permits.
Who's going in the right direction?
