    Question New humidifier

    I recently ordered the jr halloween special. In my package I got a humidifier made by cigar savor enterprises. The thing is, I can't figure it out. I was wondering if anybody else in here got the special and the humidifier in their package or just has the device and can explain to me how to apply the solution or what this strip on the back is.
