    Default Deionized Water VS. Distilled

Hey Guys.....Im no science guy, so I will leave it up to the forum !
Whats the difference between Deionized water and Distilled water???
I have deionized water at the moment but have been reluctant to use it on my brand spankin new heartfelt beads, just in case it screws them up or worse off is screws with my cigars! Need some advice....Thx.

Get distilled and save yourself the grief of messing up the beads.

deionized water is water that has been run through a filtration device in order to remove impurities. Similarly, distilled water is water that has been evaporated to remove impurities. When the water evaporates, the water vapor leaves behind impurities, and the water vapor is collected and cooled, where it becomes liquid water once again. After it changes from vapor to liquid, it is minus the impurities. So, both cases are removing the impurities. I think distilled is a little better at purifying the water, especially if it is distilled multiple times.

Where do you buy distilled water? Can't find it in hardware stores or drug stores...

Usually drug stores have it. Or grocery stores. Or Wal Mart

A gallon of distilled at Walmart will run you a whopping 60 cents. Look in the water/soda section.

Even at our local grocery store that tends to be a little high priced, because it is the only one in the area....it is only 0.99
