Cuban Crafters are good people and their customer service is EXCELLENT.

I've bought a humidor and double bladed cutter from them. Very pleased with the humidor, and the cutter has worked fine (only cutter I've used, so I can't compare).

Their cutters typically come with a lifetime guarantee, so if it dulls...etc, they'll send you a new one.
