I haven't had a lot of non-mainstream beer to try yet. Sleemans Honey Brown is my favourite out of what I've tried, though Fat Tire is one I am going crazy trying to find up here.

Not a huge wine drinker, and don't know the "types" beyond red and white.

    I like rum!

The only booze I really drink is beer.

Nothing that has a "Lite" variant. :)

Other than that, I love variety. I particularly love beers with lots of local character

I'm not really supposed to tell, but George says anything from George's Fine Wines is good with him.

    Still haven't tried fat tire!

Knob Creek, Evan Williams Single Barrel, Basil Hayden's, Jack to mix, gentlemen jack to get blitzed.

Tried some wine, didn't like it all that much.

Vodkas are Belvedere, Smirnoff (blue or red label), and some others, probably would have to be absolut.

You are not missing much....Fat Tire is one of the nastiest beers I have ever drank, but I seem to run across a few people who like from time to time.

I don't drink wine. I drink Miller Lite, Goose Island Honker's Ale (Chicago, IL), and Spotted Cow by New Glarus Brewing Co. (New Glarus, WI). I mostly drink Captain Morgan's Rum though. I like the regular spiced rum, but I am a sucker for Private Stock!

Beer: Old Peculiar, Red Stripe or Stella Artois (depending on mood and location)
Wine: Allways a good Claret or Beujolais.
Spirits: Rum (Havana Club or Bacardi8)
Also: A good LBV or Ruby Port

On a bad day, rubbing alchohol will do if applied in the right manner.

lets see, for beer, i have only tried a several commercial beers, i've had MGD and Corona which i like. i also like some of the beers at Ram Brewery (had some last night, Buttface amber ale and Big Horn Hefeweizen). i would like to try some micro brews.

as for wines, i tend to like red dry wines. but i'm not that big a fan of it.

as for spirits, i've had some 14 year scotch once that was really good. before this i bought some really cheap scotch and it was horrible.

and if you include non alcholic drinks, Dr. Pepper in glass bottles. i love that stuff!

When I drank - Dos Equis, Grolsch, Corona were all good beers. No drinkin' these days.

With a cigar, I sometimes like a good capaccino but usualy an expresso, diet coke (splenda, not aspartame), or water.

For beers I like Guiness and Belhaven (scottish ale)

wine - Pinot Noir, Arcadian is one of my recent favs. And a good Cotes de Rhone.

Booze - Hard to guess here, see below, but for specifics I have really enjoyed Dalmore 12 yr. recently.
