Early Christmas Present

Well, I've only been here a few weeks and I haven't been a big contributer to the board (my grampa taught me not to open my mouth when I don't know what I'm talking about), but I've got a great story and I figured you guys would be the ones who would appreciate it.

I saw cigarbid.com mentioned on a previous thread and thought I'd go check it out. It looked like there were some pretty good deals on there, and as I was looking through I saw that one of the winning bidders was from my home town, and the initials were, coincidentally, my wife's!

Anyway, when she got home from work, I jokingly asked if she was buying cigars online and expected one of those "What the hell are you talking about?" looks. Instead, I got a "How the hell did you know I was buying cigars online?"

Turns out, she was talking to a coworker about how i wanted a small travel humidor to throw in my golf bag and he showed her to cigarbid.com. They looked around and found this

Plus, since I caught her scheming, she is letting me have the package when it is delivered (She was planning on having the coworker store them in his humi til christmas).

So, that's my story. Has anyone tried either of these sticks? Also, I've read some good things about the otterbox, any opinions on that?

Yeah that's sweet. When ever I grab a cigar my wife points at the door and gives me the gas face. (The face she gives when I let one rip).

Yep - you'll like those smokes, and the cigar caddy is very nice also. Of course, you keep hanging around CBid and the boards and that little 5 cigar caddy will be tossed in no time at all...

Hey guys, thanks for the kind words. I definitely lucked out when I found the wife, and she always seems to surprise me when I'm least expecting it. The coolest thing about the whole deal is she knows the Otterbox is for golf days and she still got it for me.

A wife that doesn't mind cigars and golf....it doesn't get any better than this!

The RP Edge Corojos are my favorite smoke.... and the Otterbox is awesome. I have a 36 count and I'm looking for a 10 count now.... stupid me, I gave my 5 count to my brother.

I picked up the Grey 24 count there for $22.00 woo hoo. Since you posted this I have been watching. It was delivered today. I told my wife I got my first Christmas present. It will be great for herfing and such.
