Yeah, it could be, didn't have a problem with the RP 1990 Vin. Robusto I smoked tonight.
But for now I took the beads out and put in my old sponge humidifiers, just until I hear back from Heartfelt regarding my problem. If anybody has any suggestion let me know?

I've been pleased with my beads.

Test your hygrometer again (salt test). The way your cigars are burning sounds as if things are too humid, yet your hygrometer says its a bit on the low side.

If your humidor humidity is low, recharge your beads. Use a spritz bottle, eye dropper, or just place a shot glass of distilled water in there.

Flashlight test. Make sure your humidor has a good seal.

Doesn't humid air rise? I think that's right. If so, keep your beads towards the bottom of your humidor.

Temperature. You don't want big swings in the temperature of your humidor.
