Hey All;

I was walking through Home-Depot today when I noticed a VERY nice wine cooler. I was just wondering if anyone has seen a wine cooler modified to be a humidor? The cooler has great temp controls and is very well sealed. It also has a very neat display angle/light.

Has anyone seen a wine cooler turned into a humidor? Thanks for your help.

That's what I use. I just threw some beads in there and it works great. I keep my house cold though so I don't have much need to use the temperature controls.

Wine coolers are the cheapest way for a cigar smoker to keep his stash at the proper temperature. If you cannot afford a temperature controlled cabinet these are the next best thing to use.

Another cheap solution is a chest freezer. Many homebrewers use them for keg storage. You can hook up a temp. regulator and they're very inexpensive compared to a refrigerator...
