    Default Msrp

    Hey all-
Just wondering if anybody could recommend a website to check MSRP's? My local shop is way overpriced (mainly due to the outrageous state tax on tobacco), but I'd like to be able to crosscheck what the different websites are charging vs. what the manufacturer originally intended the price to be.
    Thanks.

    www.top25cigars.com

Is another one that I use
I'm not big on doing reviews, tobacco doesn't taste like "cocoa" or "nutty" or "mocha" to me, it tastes like freakin' TOBACCO. I know what I like and I really don't care what other people think of other cigars. I've never read a review and said to myself "Wow, that sounds like a cigar I'd like to try!"

IMO, "MSRP" is meaningful and something you WANT to know when you're talking about the high end and/or the rare stuff like Padrons, Opus X, Añejo, etc.

However with your regular run of the mill domestics, I figure a "fair" price is what they can be purchased from via the large internet retailers like:

    CigarsInternational
    Famous-Smoke
    SmokeAll
    SeriousCigars
    AtlanticCigar
    JRCigars
    Holts

    etc.......

As far as MSRP for the high end stuff, there's a great pinned thread on CigarPass authored by MilesMingusMonk.

    Cigar.com.... J/K

Although I won't lie, I used to use there site to get exact sizes for passes to make sure I said it was the right cigar...
