What's your favourite cigar for the course?? Please let me know both brand and size.
Also, what do you do with your smoke when you're standing at the ball?? It seems like blasphemy to drop it on the ground as I've seen some people do.
Thanks.

Never ever drop your cigar on the grass, a fellow BOTL was telling me that he was taking a pesticide course and that is the worst thing to do..... I'm sure Jeff (Shibumi) will tell us more about this.
As for the holders, there are a few different ones out there.... this is the one I use both in my garage and clip it to the golf cart... Cigar Minder
As for the type of cigar.... do what I do, I smoke something I really enjoy, because my golf game really sucks so at least the cigar makes it more enjoyable.
I'm not big on doing reviews, tobacco doesn't taste like "cocoa" or "nutty" or "mocha" to me, it tastes like freakin' TOBACCO. I know what I like and I really don't care what other people think of other cigars. I've never read a review and said to myself "Wow, that sounds like a cigar I'd like to try!"
I don't really have a fav. I can either smoke a few small ones or big one. Usually I will pull out a least one churchill or larger. The Gurhka dos capas work well on the course.
I never through them on the ground, way two many chemicals in the fertilizer. A lot of companys make different cigar holders. I have a couple the all work fine. I have this big clip one for when I'm in a cart and a divot fixer/cigar holder for other times.
Also, when in doubt just rest the cigar on your wallet or something.
I've tried addressing the ball while puffing but I usually shoot better when I don't
Edit - I use the same clip as BK for the cart.
Never played the game. Father in-law loves to golf. I need to learn the basics before he willing to take me on the course.
Most golfing I've done is going to the driving range and hitting the little ball as far and as hard as possible. I guess having a smoke then would be fun to.
Smoke what you like.

I'm not really a golfer (I go out for the company outing, that's about it), but I have one of those cigar minders for the car. They're grrrrrreat!
My car accessory of choice is the road warrior. Been using one for a few months now. It's been working great. Fits right in the cup holder.

Padron Magnums, 3000's and Ambassadors in maduro
JR Ultimate Cetros double maduro
ERDM Rectangulars in maduro
Ashton Aged Maduro # 20
