    Default What a Great Day!

    Finally! As some of you are aware, the Misses and I have been searching for our second home for the last little while. It has been a frustrating process because houses are moving almost as fast as they go on the market. Most of the places we have been interested in have gone under contract before we had a chance to see them.

    Anyway, we made a serious offer on a place Monday. I just got off the phone with my Realtor and our offer was accepted. Doing the pee pee dance right now and had to share this news since I am still stuck at work for the day. The cigar smoking room has already been claimed. Not a done deal until those keys are in my hand, but this baby is 90% of the way to being ours. Thanks for letting me release my excitement in writing here. I feel calmer now.

    Great news dude I know when the Misses and I were looking it took a while to find the right place as well. Everytime we went to an open house that I liked... she always found something wrong with it. But we finally found one that we both liked. Gratz!

    Congrats man - home purchases are big milestones - getting one with a pre-negotiated "man" room is an even bigger one (which I have yet to achieve).

    I'm sure everything will roll just fine. So one question remains - when's the house warming party? I'll bring the chili.
    Look at that... I plumb got myself 5 raisins and 7 termites.
