i don't see how it could be illegal. it's not illegal to say i smoke pot everyday. no cops gonna come to my house because he read these forums just like no cop's gonna read this and come after someone for selling one cigar

If however a forum becomes regular traffic for an illigal activity it can be shut down...personally I enjoy this forum and would hate to see that happen. You can say you smoke illegal cubans all day long, but once you utlize this forum as a place where people in the US can buy them illegally ( I personally don't agree with all this embargo BS either, but it is a fact of life ) you may run into problems.

same with pot...yes... you can say you smoke it. but if you say, hey I have some to sell...email me at this address, then you have a different problem altogether...you see my point?

It is illegal to sell Cubans to people in the United States and that covers this forum. Knowing that almost all of our members are in America (not all though

), hex can not "condone" selling Cubans here.

Besides, it's probably fake.

Please post up pics of the stick as a whole, a close up of the band and a CLEAR close up of the side of the cap.

Also, did you buy it at a cuban retailer or just out of any ol' shop?? What is the size?
