Thread: Bustin loose

  1. Default Bustin loose

A few of you may remember my post about cutting back on my bad habits.

Well tonight I'm celebrating the loss of one full pants size...44 inch to a 42 inch.

At this moment I'm drinking a good size shot of Zaya rum...Probably gonna have a few more. Thanks to toasty for the cigar vs rum trade.

Gonna have an order of Orange Chicken followed by a Padron 1926 #9.

    Back to business tomorrow.

    Congrats Sarge!!

I know it's tough. I've got 26 lbs gone in 4-1/2 weeks so I know exactly what you're going through!!

Keep it up pal, it's a means to a worthwhile end, good health.

    Congrats Sarge!

I have the military version of the slime down program. So I know how you feel. I went from toping out at 250 to 222 and 40 inch to 38.5. Running a mile and a half in 15 min to 12:26. Still loosing more weight and slimming down. I right there with you bro!

Lopaka, when I was in, I had the pleasure of participating in the USMC weight control program once. Never again, but now 20 years later, and 30 pounds over weight, wish that I had that program as a civilian. Paul

I just started training for the Dallas White Rock Marathon. These stories are inspiring. This week I lost 6 pounds and I can't wait to weigh in next week

    Good luck, man...

A buddy of mine is a marathon runner. Something I could never do.
