Thread: Finding Puro Indios

  1. #1

    Question Finding Puro Indios

I have heard mostly good things about the Puro Indios and would like to try them. The local B&M only carries one size (I think it is a 64 ring). I have also checked at the local B&Ms when I travel and have been unable to locate any. I am looking for something closer to a robusto or a corona. And since I have not tried these before, I prefer not to buy an entire box until I know I like them. Can anyone here recommend a good site to purchase singles or samplers?

I apologize up front if I have posted this in the wrong place.

Just did a quick check of some of my frequently used suppliers.
Cigars International www.cigarsinternational.com has 5 packs.
Atlantic Cigars www.atlanticcigars.com have 6 packs.
Also check out www.famous-smoke.com they usually have samplers.
One last one www.tntcigar.com. Most of these sourcesdo sell samplers and all have given me good service. Paul

Thanks. I was just looking at Rocky Cigars and they have no Puro Indio samplers. They were also sold out of the rothschild sizes. Thanks much for the quick response.

atlantic and tnt are the worst sites on the internet...they most often won't have product because mfrs won't ship to them....

if you could have done the search before...why ask the question.....the very fact that you like tnt and atlantic means i won't be answering your questions any more....have a good life..

I was trying to search also, but the network here at work seems a bit slow and much is limited. Thanks much.

Thanks Kevin. Being new to the community, I am not familiar with all the shop owners from the board. I have ordered Rolys from Rocky's before. I will be ordering more soon. I will also be placing an order for a whole box of rothschilds as soon as they are back in stock. I will take the chance that I will like them. After all they are Honduran. If I don't I am sure that I can give them to someone here.

No hard feelings. I guess I can wait until Monday to order a box of rothschilds.

Bigpoppapuff, that post recommending vendors that you do not approve of was mine, easy to see the confusion in handles. The gentleman asked for sources and I gave him some whom I had dealt with and with whom I had good dealings. Sorry that you did not like some of my choices, but that is why there are so many vendors out there. If he had lived in the Boston area, I would have suggested ABC Cigars in Revere for singles or samplers, but I went with national dealers. Hope that this disagreement does not affect our future relationship. Paul
