I've noticed a lot of sites, including Hex's, selling cigars that are made with pre-embargo tobacco leaf. Has anyone tried these (I'll bet Hex has!) Was any thought put into the blends or are they just selling randomly rolled leaves? Opinions? Experiences? Thanks!
