Thread: Opus Perfexion X

    Default Opus Perfexion X

These have been in regular supply at a local vendor here. I've smoked 6 or 7 so far and have never been disappointed. I was told I can get a box for $456.00 There are 32 in the box he said, and that's right at the price I pay per single at $14.25 each. Is this a good buy or should I go for something else? Anyone have the MSRP?

That's $2 more per stick than my local. Not sure about the box but I would say that's close to $100 over msrp.

    Indeed overpriced.

Perfection X is VERY tasty though!

Slightly overpriced, but it depends on the tax rate.

Personally if I was looking for a box and saw one at 2bucks over msrp I would probably jump at it.

CP lists MSRP for a box of perfection X at $368. Problem is if you hold out for MSRP and can't find it you get to smoke 0 cigars.

I went through this a couple months ago with a box of WOAM's, and ended up saying to hell with it and paid about $70 over MSRP. Foolish... maybe, but the gars are now restiing in my humi .

There is a difference between MSRP and a good market price.

What is CP and is there a good website to see what the MSRP on different cigars should be?
    Thanks

The price he gave me was including all taxes. I know we have a 7% Florida sales tax, but I have no idea what the tobacco tax is.

I am pretty sure that Florida doesn't have a tobacco tax.

The price is over MSRP, but IMO still fair. It is very rare to have the opporitunity to purchase a full box, and even rarer to purchase one close to MSRP.

You just have to ask yourself if it is worth it or not.
